From an idea in Singapore to a growing story in India.

From recipe development in 2016 to the India launch in 2025, each step helped shape the Bober experience.

  1. 2016

    Research and development

    The recipe takes shape.

    Research and development centres in Singapore and Shenzhen begin building a modern tea-and-light-food format around long-brewed tea bases and tiger-stripe brown sugar.

  2. 2018

    The first Bober Tea store

    The first doors open.

    In May, the first Bober Tea store opens at Bishan MRT in Singapore, bringing the product idea and café experience together for the first time.

  3. 2019

    Taiwan expansion

    Tea heritage meets a new wave.

    The brand enters Taiwan as YUBOFANG, combining classical tea references with expressive flavours and a contemporary café point of view.

    United States expansion

    The experience crosses the Pacific.

    Bober Tea reaches the United States, finding a new audience for premium drinks and playful café culture.

    Bober Tea arrives in India

    A new chapter begins in Gurgaon.

    The India Flag ship opened in October 2025 bringing in authentic tapioca pearls, matcha from Uji Japan and bober’s immersive café energy to Gurgaon.

Building the next chapter with purpose.

The Gurgaon flagship is the starting point for Bober Tea’s next phase. With Delhi NCR as the home base, the plan is to grow thoughtfully with the right cities, teams and partners.
